Seattle based rapper Grieves played to a loving crowd at Red 7 in Austin, supported by his Rhymesayer label mate Grayskul and locals Mindz of a Different Kind. Grieves’ relationship with Austin has ranged from not being able to believe he was selected for SXSW to maybe being selected too many times. He flirted with the crowd and encouraged everyone to find their same weird love. The word weird may have been said more times than a suburbanite explaining their night on 6th street. Overall a great show and worth checking out.
