Sweet Spirit treated Austin to a record release show at the Barracuda and they have, once again, exceeded my expectations. This is one of the most consistently awesome live bands I’ve ever seen. Every show is a party and they go 100% from the beginning to the end. They played some of their crowd favorites off of their first album, but also showed us what they have in store for us with new tracks from their newest album, St. Mojo. Har Mar Superstar joined Sabrina for one of the best cover songs I’ve ever seen with Pulp’s Common People. To end the night and send us all home with chills, Devon McDermott of Tinnarose joined for the final song, Wait. St. Mojo drops on April the 7th and are currently on their US tour, so don’t miss out.
